Warm, Experienced Babysitter
for Waldorf Families

Hi! I’m Cora.
I’m a 33-year-old "Waldorf lifer," having attended Waldorf school from preschool through 12th grade at the Washington Waldorf School just outside Washington, D.C.
I have many years of experience working as a nanny and babysitter, including several full summers as a full-time nanny in my early twenties, as well as consistent babysitting throughout college and beyond. I genuinely love supporting children and creating playful, calm environments where they feel safe, engaged, and free to explore.
Professionally, I’m a coach, podcaster, and entrepreneur. I specialize in dating & relational intelligence as well as career and business coaching for creatives and entrepreneurs. I work for myself and have a flexible schedule, which allows me to offer reliable and consistent support to families.
After many years of working from home, I’m feeling a strong pull to spend more time engaging in in-person, heart-centered work. I’ve always loved mentorship and guiding others, and I see childcare as a natural extension of that—especially within the Waldorf community, which has been such a meaningful part of my life.
I hold a degree from Tulane University, where I studied Creative Writing, Spanish, and Psychology. I'm also conversationally fluent in Spanish and happy to incorporate that into time with your children if desired.
What I Offer
I bring a calm, attentive and creative presence to childcare, and I'm happy to support your family in a variety of ways, including:

- Outdoor time - walks, park visits, and simple neighborhood adventures)
- School pickup / drop-off and transportation to activities
My goal is always to create an environment where children feel both safe and inspired - with a balance of structure, creativity, and ease.
